During that time he has delivered more than 500 tax workshops and webinars to nonresidents and their employees, assisting with tax filing and process optimization to ensure NRA compliance.

Linda Melville

Linda Melville

Linda has been an International Educator for more than 30 years, working in international education administration, intercultural training, ESL instruction and teacher training. Linda has held numerous NAFSA Volunteer leader positions, most recently serving as the 2023 Trainer Corps Chair. She has presented sessions and workshops since 1995 on a variety of international education topics, including: international student advising, orientation planning, cross-cultural programming, non-resident tax issues, and F and J regulatory topics. Linda has been a non-resident VITA site coordinator since 2005 and involved with the VITA program since 1995. She is currently the Director for International Student and Scholar Services and an Associate Director for Global Education at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
